TechPro Mechanical is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team in Westfield, Indiana.

We provide commercial HVAC and refrigeration service throughout Indiana for restaurants, retail locations, healthcare facilities, and other commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Service rooftop units, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
Document work and communicate findings clearly
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications:

Three or more years of relevant service experience preferred
EPA 608 certification
Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license
Professional, dependable, and committed to quality work

Compensation and Benefits:

$35–$50+ per hour, based on experience
